We are looking for speakers and presenters for the upcoming TribeCamp Memphis event (happening April 24 at Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering). TribeCamp covers the usual Web 2.0 topics common to the “camp” scene, from application development to Web production to social media and all the stops in between. The big difference between TribeCamp and, say, BarCamp, is that this event will also focus on “tribes,” groups of people with similar interests or talents in the Web sphere and building professional relationships in and outside of those tribes.

If you have knowledge or expertise on a current Web 2.0 topic, we want to hear from you. Presentations last about 30 minutes with 10 to 15 minutes left for informal Q and A. You can PowerPoint if that’s your thing, or doodle on a white board if that’s more your style. The setting is casual and the idea is to share and gain knowledge — and mingle and make connections, of course.

If you’re interested in speaking or presenting, give us a shout as soon as you can. We’ll begin posting the speakers and session topics as soon as we have them so you can begin planning out your TribeCamp experience. If you’re not up for presenting, head here to register as an attendee. TribeCamp is a Launch Memphis event.
